Welcome to The Royal Articles, an offshoot of The Royal Forums where Royal Forums members write and publish articles on their favourite aspects of royalty. If you aren't already a member of The Royal Forums community, we invite you to check out the forum, and we hope you'll like what you see enough to want to join us. If you're already a member, we hope you enjoy reading the articles created by your fellow members, and maybe you'll feel inspired to write one (or more!) of your own to add to the collection of articles  here. I'm sure we'll eventually have a comprehensive library of articles to complement the discussions at The Royal Forums.

The articles are listed under several categories. The Biography section contains articles about specific royal individuals, both historical and modern. We've tried to make these articles different in some way from the straight biographies found at Wikipedia, so hopefully there will be some new and interesting information about the subjects of the articles. In the History section you can find articles about royal events and dynasties from the World War II era and earlier. The Monarchy Today section is for articles dealing with contemporary royalty, both constitutional and personal. The Royal Ceremony and Protocol section contains articles about the formal side of royal life. The General Interest section has articles on a wide variety of topics that don't fit into the more specific sections. We hope to add more sections as needed in the future.

If you have suggestions for an article you'd like to read or for improvements to the site in general, please contact one of the editors at The Royal Forums (the editors are Elspeth, Mandy, Marengo, and TheTruth). If you'd like to write for us, please contact one of the editors to discuss your idea and help prepare your article.
